We will make a proper detailed drawing of your parts and samples. This will assist for future reference to remanufacture the product with ease.
By keeping a digital copy of the drawing we can share the file with our engineers while they are out on site installing the manufactured parts.
No part is too big or too small for us to put together. If the part consists of just one piece, or many, we will work with you to ensure that the part fits the task at all times. This is our promise to you.
We have multiple units on site to take on multiple tasks. We will take your unit with care and ensure that any and all turning work is done with the greatest of accuracy. With a lathe up to 6 meters long we will not stand back and let you down.
As the earth rotates is axis, so does your journal guide the bearings and bushes. We will assist in ensuring that those journals are what they are meant for, and not just a piece of material that gives the wrong directions, creating faults in your processes.
From rubber rollers to centrifugal shafts, from wheels to fans we will make them turn as they should.
We manufacture, recover and repair rubber roller shafts. We can repair and balance impellers and centrifugal fan blades.

We ensure that our welders are up to date with the latest in welding technology. By knowing where the roots of the welds are, we will build a strong joint between parts, tighter and stronger than the material themselves. Our team of coded welders can give you welds strong enough to handle the pressure you expect your parts to work under.
For companies that are ever developing, you might find yourself short handed on installing new parts. We will remove and install all samples and manufactured parts for you, so that your team can focus on your development and maintenance as we assist in keeping you running at full steam.
There comes a time where you are limited by time its self. We will come to site and do repairs on site if possible, to save on those precious moments that you could have missed with family and friends. From Walkway repairs and new installations, to a machine part that has seized in place, we are here to assist.
Our skilled team will come to site and to measure and install equipment. We are certified for high rise working areas and overhanging areas such as ducting, walkways, pressure piping and more.

Our administration team will not let the ocean of papers get the best of them as they will ensure they are organized and completed on time, every time. Mr D.S Naidoo established Triano Trading with a dream and passion to give the best service deliverability to all his customers. With the knowledge of his team and his passion for the industry he embarked on this great mission. To this day he grows stronger towards his dream, always pushing the limits of the industry and ensuring that his team stays on top of the trade.
